Horrible and dirty hotel. Stains on bed linen. Many stains. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy floors and corridor. Never been properly cleaned. Only one lift working, with fake grass on floor absolutely dirty and disgusting. All room bathroom fans don't switch off because if someone smokes. It's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Dinner 2 nights a disaster. Chose a pasta dish and it came with rice instead. Bread didn't arrive at all. Other night supposed to be chicken Kiev but was just a standard curry. So many staff they are tripping over each other. Why so many? I tried to voice my concerns to front desk but he just didn't listen or care.

Issue was the corridor music playing throughout which we have never experienced in any hotels and phone ☎️ ringing in the night......otherwise the property is good and had wonderful stay in bathinda. Thoyou so much. Staff was friendly and served us yummy food .

This is my third visit to your restaurant. During my previous visits I personally talked to the manager regarding poor service and quality of food. This time.e again I found so.e one Mr. Sharma as manager of restaurant, I personally met him and try to convey my feedback as a regular visitor . But I m surprised to know that no one bother to improve the image of Stella.. these people defaming g the name of Stella and should be shunt out immediately..as they needless bother to attend the grievances of visitors and even demanded the money even after payments done by us ...I m really a well wisher of Stella's but such person defame your image as well as force us to stop visiting us more to Stella....🙏🙏

This is the one of the best property in Batinda starting from check in to till check out everything is fine .Rooms are spacious and clean also all the staff are soft spoken and supportive specially Manjeet Kumar ⭐⭐ from the billing section and Suraj from housekeeping thanks for the support for a wonderful stay.we will come back soon.✨✨✨
